The memorial will be constructed on a grassy meadow, adjacent to the Col. Raymond Gates State Veterans Cemetery, across the street from the State Veterans' Home on West Street in Rocky Hill, Conn. Conveniently located in central Connecticut, the memorial will be easily accessible to all.
